INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

International Customers:
Have the option to choose a stamp (letter post) for maximum 3 pins or Tracked parcel post (that has tracking and warranty) for their purchases.

Letter Post: No cover/warranty, I am not responsible for delays or lost shipments, I would prefer this method not being used but I leave the gamble up to you. I am not responsible for lost/delayed orders if you choose untracked shipping, I am not required to refund/compensate you.
Parcel Post: Includes tracking and will be refunded/replaced if lost. Items damaged in transit may also be eligible for replacement/compensation. Resolution of lost/damaged orders are discussed on a case by case basis.

Timeframes and costs: Letter post 2-9 weeks for arrival, sent in a bubble mailer that can hold no more than 3 pins (I am not responsible for damages, if I had my way I would post every time with parcel shipping but most won't pay extra for it). Parcel posts takes about 9-13 business days to arrive (currently longer due to covid) and costs $10 flatrate no matter where it goes or how much you buy!

$100+ purchases: entitles you to free parcel post shipping!

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS: Shipping free for pins! You may upgrade to tracked shipping for pins at checkout. Tracked shipping is automatically included for all non-pin items (excluding prints/stickers). Purchases $100 and above include free tracking for pins.
Orders typically arrive between 5-10 working days

Sanitation: all orders are dispatched from my workshop/studio in Perth AU! I take all precautions to ensure a sanitary workspace and covid-19 precautions however I own four cats so the most contamination you may get is a stray hair :) I am currently self-isolating as much as possible to reduce the risk of coming in contact with the virus.

Preorders: If you preorder a product the entire order will be dispatched when the preorder is being fulfilled, preorders are not eligible for cancellations/refunds.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs, or any seizing of purchases due to their legitimacy or other reasons. If customs does not allow you to receive your package, it is up to you to dispute it and not up to me to compensate, as I do all I can to declare, it's up to you to know the risk when purchasing and the protocols of your home country!

RETURNS:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Any form of mystery product or box are not accepted to be returned or refunded.

Additional non-returnable/refundable items: 
- Gift cards 
- Downloadable software products
- Custom products / artwork / commissions

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Sale items 
You will only receive the amount you paid as refund, not the product value.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at popipin@outlook.com and I will take you through the steps. If you purchase a pin that is advertised as B/C grade you are not eligible to exchange for an A grade pin unless there is stock available and you cover the difference in cost + ship back the previous pin.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS:

Refunds can be given in full or partial and judged on a case by case basis, if you have a dispute you wish to lodge or would like to make a complaint about a received product please contact me at popipin@outlook.com.

I do not refund for change of mind! Preorders are not eligible to be refunded or cancelled.

Any form of mystery item are not eligible for refunds.
